Except as noted below, during the first thirty (30) days after receipt of your product, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your purchased item for a refund or exchange for the same item. If you choose to make such a return for replacement or exchange, your credit card will be billed an additional $20 to cover handling and shipping cost of sending you the replacement piece of jewelry. If you choose to simply return an item for refund, we will refund the original purchase price less $15 original shipping cost.
